Susan Shirley
is a leader in the non-profit sector with over 30 years of seasoned
experience. She is an expert in moving infant organizations
from "start up to sustainability" and revitalizing (or
restructuring) organizations that have lost their momentum. She
is a master at creating a “Resonant Organization."
Susan well understands that the styles and strategies necessary
for creating success at one stage of an organization's growth
cycle may be its limitation as it moves into the next growth cycle.
She brings a wide-range of knowledge and practical know-how
to the process of building or revitalizing organizations through

Susan earned her MBA in International Management from the University
of Bristol in England. She is a Certified Professional Coach
and an associate member of the International Coach Federation.
She is also a member of the National Council of Planned
Giving, Colorado Chapter.
